In 2011 , Dr. Diana Ghelber was the first psychiatrist to bring Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to Fort worth . This new technology was made available to hundreds of patients suffering from treatment resistant depression.
Today, Hope TMS Center uses the modern technology of Deep TMS , and is the first clinic in DFW to offer TMS for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Hope TMS Center works in close collaboration with referral physicians and therapists. Hope TMS Center brings experience and expertise in an empathetic environment.

Diana Ghelber
MD/Founder
Dr Ghelber immigrated in 2003 from Israel where she worked as an attending psychiatrist in various academic, management and clinical positions. She finished a US residency program in 2010 at UT Houston and is a board certified psychiatrist. She takes a special interest in the management of treatment resistant major depressive disorder, bipolar disorders, OCD and PTSD. Dr Ghelber is both rTMS and dTMS trained.
Kumud Khanal
TMS coordinator
Kumud was born in Nepal,after high School went to India for Bachelor in Pharmacy(1999-2003). Worked as a Quality Control Pharmacist and Production Pharmacist in pharma companies in Nepal.(2003-2006) Masters in Science From University of Findlay ,Ohio ( Environmental Safety and occupational Health):2006-2009 Last 3 years working as a TMS coordinator/ tech for Dr Ghelber.Experienced with The Neurostar and The Brainsway Device. Trained and certified with both the devices as well as Brainsway H7 coil (OCD). Administered more than 7000 TMS treatments and successfully treated more than 100 patients making use of Several protocols like MDD, bipolar, anxiety , PTSD, migraines, MS Fatigue, OCD etc. Comfortable with FDA approved protocols( MDD, OCD) as well as several off label protocols( Bi-polar, Anxiety, PTSD etc) and Intermittent Theta-burst Stimulation (iTBS) for Depression , crisis intervention/ suicidal ideation etc.
