In 2011 , Dr. Diana Ghelber was the first psychiatrist to bring Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to Fort worth . This new technology was made available to hundreds of patients suffering from treatment resistant depression.

Today, Hope TMS Center uses the modern technology of Deep TMS , and is the first clinic in DFW to offer TMS for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Hope TMS Center works in close collaboration with referral physicians and therapists. Hope TMS Center brings experience and expertise in an empathetic environment.

Diana Ghelber


Dr Ghelber immigrated in 2003 from Israel where she worked as an attending psychiatrist in various academic, management and clinical positions. She finished a US residency program in 2010 at UT Houston and is a board certified psychiatrist. She takes a special interest in the management of treatment resistant major depressive disorder, bipolar disorders, OCD and PTSD. Dr Ghelber is both rTMS and dTMS trained.

Eduardo Cornejo

Office Manager

Eduardo was born and raised in Fort Worth Texas. His family is from Nicaragua and he is fluent in Spanish. He has been in the medical field for over 6 years. Previously he worked in Oncology and Dermatology. Eduardo thrives in fast paced environments. He loves his job and the people he works with. He is devoted to helping people with mental disorders such as Depression and Anxiety. Eduardo is a certified tech for the TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) device used in the office for depression and obsessive compulsive disorder.He helps with Ketamine treatments for depression and he is involved with Brain Music Therapy that is used for patients that struggle with insomnia.

Kumud Khanal

TMS coordinator

Kumud was born in Nepal,after high School went to India for Bachelor in Pharmacy(1999-2003). Worked as a Quality Control Pharmacist and Production Pharmacist in pharma companies in Nepal.(2003-2006) Masters in Science From University of Findlay ,Ohio ( Environmental Safety and occupational Health):2006-2009 Last 3 years working as a TMS coordinator/ tech for Dr Ghelber.Experienced with The Neurostar and The Brainsway Device. Trained and certified with both the devices as well as Brainsway H7 coil (OCD). Administered more than 7000 TMS treatments and successfully treated more than 100 patients making use of Several protocols like MDD, bipolar, anxiety , PTSD, migraines, MS Fatigue, OCD etc. Comfortable with FDA approved protocols( MDD, OCD) as well as several off label protocols( Bi-polar, Anxiety, PTSD etc) and Intermittent Theta-burst Stimulation (iTBS) for Depression , crisis intervention/ suicidal ideation etc.

Ashley Marie Hinojosa

I am from Denver Colorado and have lived in Fort Worth Texas most of my life. Spanish is my native language and I have parents of Mexican heritage. I am the first in my family to attend college, and currently in the process of completing my Associate of Arts Degree at Tarrant County College. For the two years and a half that I have been working at the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry; I have come to a decision to pursue a career in administrative work. On my days off I like to spend time with family and close friends. I have a passion for exercising, It is a hobby of mine to go to the gym daily, it has helped abundantly to release stress. I believe taking care of one’s self is vital to ensure both mental and physical health, OH and I also love to travel and explore new countries every chance I get!
