This questioner will be kept confidential and will be assessed by our team to ensure that, if you become a patient, your problems would get the best attention possible in our setting.
We are not enrolled with Medicare or Medicaid. We only accept patents age 18 or older.

We are enrolled with BCBS, Humana, Cigna and Magellan, United Behavioral Health however not all plans are accepted.
